Install the Wayback Machine Chrome extension in your browser. Go to a page you want to archive, click the icon in your toolbar, and select Save Page Now. We will save the page and give you a permanent URL.
paste link in box that says: My url is alive and I want to archive its content
hit "save"
if somebody has already archived the link, you'll get a message saying such. you can either refresh the archive or just copy the link from the address bar.
if you're the first, it will take 10sec to 3+minutes (depending on traffic) for the archived link/page to show.
also: what u/XharlesDucken said. only problem with installing extensions is they can slow down overall browser performance.
jesus christ, OP. post a fucking archive link instead of giving npr clicks.

What’s the best way to do this for future reference? Because I’m fully on board to keep every nickel possible out of their pockets
