This is all complete made-up bullshit. The story makes no sense at all. He just decides he's going to shut off the fucking engines? It seems like they are trying to blame mushrooms for exasperating his mental problem, and as someone who microdoses every day, I can tell you that they can only help mental issues when done responsibly. This story is 100% to badmouth centuries old natural medicine. That works, by the way.
