So Esau despised his birthright.
In the jewish tradition, the names are altered . Esov=Esau, Yaakov=Jacob, Yitsak = Issac (father of Jacob & Esau).
Interesting to note that even early in the Bible, jews take pride in 'jewwing' others, even family, to get what they want.
