Cruden v. Neale, 2 N.C. (1796) 2 S.E. 70: Subjection to laws must be by consent.
"When a change of government takes place, from a monarchial to a republican government, the old form is dissolved. Those who lived under it, and did not choose to become members of the new, had a right to refuse their allegiance to it, and to retire elsewhere. By being a part of the society subject to the old government, they had not entered into any engagement to become subject to any new form the majority might think proper to adopt. That the majority shall prevail is a rule posterior to the formation of government, and results from it. It is not a rule upon mankind in their natural state. There, every man is independent of all laws, except those prescribed by nature. He is not bound by any institutions formed by his fellowmen without his consent" [Cruden v. Neale, 2 N.C. (1796) 2 S.E. 70: Subjection to laws must be by consent]
This means we are only subject to Natural Law (no murder, theft or assault). No victim, no crime.
All that Admiralty Law is a total scam on the American People.
Some ya. There are some very important case laws that are mentioned often by some of them. It’s best we all remember them.
Examples?
Deletelawz.com has videos where he uses these cases
Which ones? The page is full of videos of a guy talking into a camera and requests to donate.
I'd like to see and actual documented case where someone invoked Admiralty Law or Natural Law and won.
I've read about it here and there. Check UCC Connection book. There are some examples in there. The one I read about, the Judge apologized and said the cop made an error of judgement as soon as Common Law Court was requested. There are also other People who don't even walk past the gate. They get the case dismissed outside. That is a bit more complex though.
