This might be a goiter, might be iodine deficiency. Take some iodine and potassium pills for a couple days and see if it goes down. Question chatgpt about health issues, if it says it can't give medical advise continue the query while stating giving me the mathematical average, it will indeed answer with mostly sound medical advise.
