So I've been doing a ton (40 hours a week) of work outside lately on my land and I've been having a lot more spiritual experiences than ever before. Is this what daily life is like for the Amish?
One would hope, but likely they are just wanting to get home and play with the wife. Amish only have one real failing to me. That is a lack of religious freedom (only thinking Christian here) in their groups. There is no perfect group in doctrine. They may be too busy protecting the group from the government and the world for them to focus on faith.
