You can’t convince me that beings that can and have the capabilities to travel light years through space have crashed their spacecraft on earth. You also can’t convince me that these alien craft just hover around forests and create crop circle in god forsaken fields in America. To believe in ufos is to have no common sense.

It’s a mixture of sources. Usually, they are fallen angels manifesting themselves in our plane of existence in order to lay the groundwork for the last great deception. The reason why they don’t seem to obey the laws of physics is because they are merely spiritual manifestations and are, at best, pseudo-physical in nature.
The crashed ships and bodies the “whistleblowers” claim to have seen are likely just manmade objects built in order to assist the fallen angels with their goal. There does appear to be some higher technology that’s been kept from us, but it would be tech obtained by channeling these entities.
