Walter Russell would have likely lined up with the Eastern Christian metaphysics, God's essence/energies distinction, the unknowable essence (apophatic/negative theology) being sort of like the sun, the energies the rays that can be perceived, aka pan-en-theism (different than pantheism, as this chart shows, just the idea God's creation is within Him rather than outside, which I think makes it more personal, and lines up with us being inside the Mind of God).

Inspiring Philosophy (Michael Jones) who did both of those video's is a theistic idealist Protestant who affirms the Eastern metaphysics. It's a blending I like as the East is strong on IMAGE (visuals, aesthetics, metaphysics, mystical) while the West is strong on WORD (systematic theology, Hebrew/Greek word studies)

I just downloaded an illustrated vid of Walter Russel's main book. The Thunderbolt Project on YT has some really, really interesting electric universe stuff, some of which leads to Walter Russel's work.
