I wonder how much the engineers, fabricators, electricians, etc would make an hr constructing such an unbelievable hazardous monstrosity concoction etc if this were an actual reality? Wouldn't there be documents somewhere of actual payrolls of labor, materials, somewhere? After all it is tax payers monies, should be public accessible
