I'm sure having a newborn and avoiding a birth certificate is do-able. But is there a way to have a newborn and not be plagued with problems? What about a social security number, are there alternatives? I would appreciate any insight on the topic.

Yes to both. And it’s not that difficult, but you have to be committed to doing some leg work and spending some time in the law library. In my opinion the birth certificate is not that big of a deal. What makes you a US citizen and not an American Citizen is using the SSN. You can use a CPN instead and still work a job. Again it’s not that difficult but you have to know your shit and rely on that when questioned by the plebs.
Eh, according to my research this isn't true at all. The birth certificate proves ownership/Jurisdiction and the SSN is for taxation. All incoming goods into a Country need a Certificate of Origin via a Manifest. This is what the Birth Certificate is. Once a vessel is birthed then the Country claims Jurisdiction. You, the parent register the child/good and get the Certificate of registry and the State owns the Title/Certificate of Origin. This is why CPS can take your child. No different than you owning the certificate of your car but it can be towed. You must own the original Titles/Certificates of Origin, which the state does.
There are legal theories on how one could obtain your true Certificate of Origin via various steps obtaining and notarizing documents. Start with Birth Certificate and make your way to Certificate of Live Birth -> up to the State Title -> up to the Federal Title. Some claim to have to done this but I have never actually seen proof. Granted, this was years ago when I was looking into the very topic.
Either way though, if you make the state mad regardless of how right you are, they will punish you. Don't expect LEO's or Judges to know anything about any of this or be honest enough to admit your right and have legal standing.
I'm trying to understand the law a little better, do you know of any forums out there for like minded people? Not looking to argue with bootlickers, I genuinely want to learn.
Thanks!
