I watched it a few months ago, but I just skimmed a bit through the first two hours to refresh myself. I'd say if you're interested in learning about the shilling/astroturfing of the conspiracy Reddit, or you're curious about the coup to remove Axo as mod from there, then it's worth a watch. There are mentions of several conspiracies through the last decade, but it's mainly focused on what was happening to Axo and the reddit.
If you're on a platform that allows it and you're not already doing it, I recommend trying to watch/listen to things sped up to 1.5x or whatever speed you're ok with.
