Maybe it's one of the cheap decoy missiles Russia is firing waves of, to make Kiev fire all its Patriots, So then the Patriot battery(s) can be taken out at leisure. It would not surprise me if Russia isn't even bothering to put explosives on the decoys. Why bother since they don't need accurate guidance systems. The closer they are (in cost) to cardboard cutouts, the better. Russia is trying not to destroy Kiev, while grinding down NATO arms stocks.
