My dad was extremely tall (to us) and red headed, from his mother’s side. Nothing wrong with his teeth, and was actually missing fingers due to an accident (started out with five). But there was always something about the red hair and his height, bc it was hidden (surprise! You have a red head!) and happened only once in a generation. Family we never knew kept in contact with us, just due to red hair and height. It was always weird- bc there was something everyone was connecting to or looking for. Same for the one of my four kids that have the red hair, but she hit the trifecta with hair, blood type, and green eyes like my dad. (She’s not tall. None of the women in our family are very tall. Very short- and those genes are strong.)
Anyway- it has always been fascinating to me.
I do not know why height or hair color should be a thing that connects people specifically….. but it does.. like a trigger.
Historicaly....Giants had/have 2 rows of teeth, reddish hair, six fingers and toes and they like to eat humans.
