I am on the fence between heliocentrism and flat earth. The one thing I do know is NASA is full of shit, most governments and "scientific" bodies are too. That is how I go about my day. I assume I am being lied to. I do not assume FE is true because I think the other may be false. In the end though; I am more consumed with keeping my family safe than really giving a shit whether or not this is a plane or a planet.
I have done research. In the end; I am not convinced either way. But I still do not see how it would be important to my safety. If "aliens/demons/project bluebeam" were to occur; I would know that what I am being told is a lie, whichever way "media" spins it. I would also know that regardless of which it is, I know how people are going to respond to it. I know that moon may be unreachable; I also know that we may have secret cities on the moon. This doesn't compromise safety in my opinion.
I see the argument for FE. Trust me. The question was about safety. I don't need to know the earth is flat or round to KNOW that every government on earth has it's strings pulled. Whether these are demons, aliens, jews or whatever, it makes little difference to me.
Pole shifts, asteroids or micronova make little difference either. Saying they are true, there is NOTHING that can be done to hide or defend against such things. It could be argued that a billionaire could hide in space or in a super deep complex, but to be a billionaire I would have to be evil so for argument sake; nothing can be done about those. They are interesting however; like star trek or zombies.
While I agree that "Darwin" evolution is bullshit; we clearly do see adaptation. Darwin being wrong; does not mean that evolution isn't correct. Darwin being wrong, does not make creation correct. If it did, you would still have to argue who the creator is. God? Aliens? Simulation? Who made God? Who made the Aliens? Who made the simulation? Again; nothing to do with my safety.
I find a scientist explaining a pulsar as fascinating as a flat earther asking why a x-high lighthouse could be seen x-miles away when the curvature math would put both the observer and light house behind the curve. Without a heavy interest in math, or a space ship; I choose to entertain both ideas but dismiss them when it comes to shaping my view of this world. (flat or round)
I entertain both concepts; I enjoy both concepts. I do not subscribe to them as more than likely BOTH are BULLSHIT. AND... Neither have to do with the safety of my family.
