I racked up a big debt with muiltiple cards on a failed project in '07 and never paid it back. in 2011 i applied for a wal-mart card just for shits'n'giggles and was told i was "egregiously delinquent". points for "egregious" but points lost as i never had a wal-mart card.

silver lining: no one stealing my info can get a credit card
