Just fyi, one of the major culprits of tinnitus is hyperinsulinimia which is caused by chronically elevated blood sugar. Improving diet by cuttting off all the sugary goyslops MAY improve symptoms even though damaged inner ear probably doesn't fully heal.
I wondered if my low phosphorous had anything to do with my tinnitus but I have been dealing with the condition a year or two before I was even poisoned with freon. It only keeps getting worse with time. Seemed like when I initially started getting my phosphorous up, it started to go away. But it came back even worse. I cant seem to get my phosphorous up very high though, and it seems to have topped out somewhere around 2.3 mg/dl. Which is still low for an adult :/.
My guess is the tinnitus has something to do with the repeated ear infections and the chronic middle ear infection I have been dealing with since before being poisoned. Actually went to the doctors a bunch of times, was given ear drop antibiotics and when those stopped working, pill antibiotics about half a dozen times. But because in between the ear infections they look in my ear and go everything is fine! There is no followup. In appalachia they always followed up. One time I went in asking for help with the tinnitus and was told I would have to learn to live with it, lmao. Fucking retarded ass canadian healthcare.
Its been a couple years since my last ear infection so I am due for another one soon. But maybe this time I beat it, my ears still itch and hurt and leak pus, but what can I do when the doctors say there is nothing wrong with me lmao.
I only have the ringing in one ear, and its not even the one that always ends up infected. Thats what gets me about it.
I doubt its my sugars, ive been drinking a retarded amount of cola trying to get my phosphorous up this last year and thats on top of trying to eat more phosphorous rich food. I dont think thats the problem, but I dont want to run out of phosphorous again, last time I almost died.
Had my ac1 checked recently because I wondered if maybe I was developing diabetes, but it was 5.5, which is on the higher end but im not diabetic, yet.
Not sure what the fuck I am going to do, proably buy food grade phosphorous and sprinkle it over my meals, God damn. And the more phoshporous you consume, the less you absorb so just eating more isnt going to do much without figuring out what is causing it to be so low in the first place.
If its kidney damage, not sure what the fuck I am going to do.
I honestly have no idea how phosphorous deficiency is even possible if you're eating somewhat normal eat/veg/carb meals.
Any damage to the inner ear can cause tinnitus and that infection thing sounds like a culprit, also

This definitely sounds not okay, especially the leaking part. Sounds like something serious going on.

If your blood sugar and fasting insulin are fine too, sugar is probably irrelevant, but drinking a ton of cola is definitely a VERY bad idea either way.

Sounds exactly like this, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPsCcrwvZ3o but at a higher pitch. Exactly the same.
