The one in NH is right over a location where they built a walmart then a few years later built another one less than a mile away. I always thought it was a weird move, but now it sort of makes sense.

is there an island 50-100 mi due east of cape canaveral? i lived in Daytona for awhile and never heard of one. google maps isn't showing one.

i could see an underwater base, maybe. that seems really far offshore but maybe they want to get away from casual/sport fishing grounds.
There are like 5 million national parks in the bahamas. Maybe it's just map inaccuracies.
