“Anatomically modern humans” (i.e. no different from us in any significant way) have been around for 250,000-300,000 years
The Great Pyramid is attributed to the Pharoah Khufu approx. ~5,500 years ago
However, the same {mainstream} which claims the Great Pyramid was built for Khufu (in a mere ~20 years!) also claims that these people:
didn’t posses an alphabet
didn’t understand pi, wheels, or circles (despite embedding pi into many of their megatlithic designs)
used copper tools to achieve a degree of precision and accuracy that we could not replicate today with our technology in any scale even approaching a large building much less a megalithic stone structure
Personally, I think it was built by humans, but PRIOR to the last great cataclysm, the Younger Dryas melt flood. I think that humans of this era (~12,000+ years ago) had “technology” we struggle to imagine today.

All fake. The nephylum built the pyramids before Noah's flood. The Egyptians 5500 years ago found it and cleaned it up claiming to have "built" it.
