The most important troop movements and activities are announced with messages beginning “SKYKING SKYKING, DO NOT ANSWER.” Four repeats of SKYKING SKYKING means “US actively at war” with one, two, and three being various levels of importance up to that. We hit 3 on a few messages during the early stages of the Syria bullshit when it looked like the US would overtly intervene, but never 4.
