So I read a bit of this and the author is hilariously retarded.
This is how he argues:
If the Earth is round then X should happen. However, X does not happen, therefore the Earth is not round
He forgot that he actually has to show that X should happen, not just claim it.
Example: 3.4. He makes claims about wind without explaining or showing why wind should behave like he claims.
