This is exactly why they phased out the 3.5mm headphone jack on new phones; pushing the adoption of brain scanning bluetooth earbuds.
When people are wondering if their phone can read their mind because it showed them ads about something they'd recently thought about but haven't searched/discussed... They're right. It did.
What this WEF slave is talking about is basically a more targeted version of what already exists for Orwellian employers.
No need to read the minds, the devices listen to what you are talking about and they poured billions in algos that analyze billions of people billions of times, so that is how they know what to advertise. Nobody is special, whatever path someone is taking, someone else did before and algo can see it.
''I am Jesus loving, jew hating Trump fan'' so are millions of other people, and thousand had your exact patterns so they know how to target the 1001st one.
Brain scans are interesting though, world like in Psycho Pass ? Scanning the brain so slaves slacking at their work get punished. Scanning the brains so people thinking about disobedience and crimes get punished before they do it.
Or just have made up charges based on fake brain scan science to target anyone they ever want. Half the time its all bullshit and science is nowhere near as far as they claim.

That's exactly what she's talking about in her WEF presentation above. She doesn't say it outright, but it's effectively just taking something that already exists and repurposing it for a slightly different usage.
That's to say, the tech to use bluetooth to "scan" someone's thoughts exists. A lot of bt earbuds can already do it - especially ones like Air Pods or whatever the Samsung proprietary ones are. They could just be using this advertiser method to test and refine the new algo.
I have no citeable source, no hard proof... But, it's a thing.
