Isaiah 6 points out the seraphim that didn't fall.
"Above Him stood seraphim, each having six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. And they were calling out to one another: “Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of Hosts; all the earth is full of His glory.” (Isaiah 6:2-3)
All existing "right here" but metaphysically higher up. Psychedelic use takes you to these higher places but it's extremely dangerous to do so as you can be misled by demons who often give false visions (and commanded human sacrifice in the past).
I would avoid the "Christ consciousness" new age idea he mentions in the video though, Steve Bancarz used to be in the new age movement and now warns about. Many are going to be deceived and led into a false new age system with ideas like the "ascended masters" which will be demons, as not all take the form of a demonic serpent, they are able to disguise themselves.
"And no wonder! For Satan disguises himself as an angel of light." (2 Cor 11:14)
Fallen seraphim that maybe have originally been magnificent beings but are now interdimensional demonic serpents obsessed with destroying humanity.
