I agree with the need to come together and really start to save culture. In a non militaristic fashion.

We need china town style but for our cultures. I say we could possibly start by focusing on the old Norse / Celtic Towns to start as they have a 'look' that is as marketable as any district imo which is important for survival. (It's like camouflage for cultures...just need to make them commercially friendly and your good)
