I'm not seeing anything but fact checks regarding this info. Most sources claim he's under 20 million. No idea who's right, but I definitely can't find anything to support the image of this post.

Basically, personal financial information about oligarchs available on the internet is primarily talking heads spewing claims that cannot be easily proven.
In the current world, we are seeing exceptional effort put to wiping and managing all types of information, especially anything that does not fit the narrative.
There are many pieces between 2016-2018 that talk about the political corruption in ukraine regarding the wealth of politicians. I think this is a good starting point.
The political corruption in the country is not up for debate, it has been remarked as the most corrupt country for decades. Likely since its inception. Mexico does not hold a candle to them.
Given the actions since 2014, it would be beyond ignorant to not accept claims of overly wealthy criminal politicians at the helm.
