The deep state hasn’t been shutting off social media because social media had primed our dormant telepathic abilities so it they shut down social media (tech assisted telepathy) then People will learn how to do telepathy and later they will realize they can do telepathic social media complete with privacy features using organic technology in the 2D astral realm. Nobody can control this organic tech so censorship is impossible.

The 2D realm is connected to our mind and can connect to any other mind. We use it now but are unaware. For example, a lot of communication happens through telepathy even if the person is in another State. It has something to do with isolating a message with focus in the subtle areas of the mind.
