I thought this must be bullshit but I took the time to check out a live stream of the whitehouse https://www.earthtv.com/en/webcam/washington-white-house and there does seem to be some weird red circle over the whitehouse. WTF am I seeing here?
Edit: All links to the webcam and the imgur screenshot are silently deleted on reddit. According to reveddit all 14 times I replied to people asking for proof with these links are deleted. Gone.

There's a cloud up higher, then lower is a sphere-looking thing.
Every day I take a screenshot because -- this is weird.
I've been watching it too. A guy from Saidit went there for us to investigate and said he didn't see anything IRL. I'd love to see more photos from a different source.
