There's also a practical aspect which is never, ever given consideration. That is, at the present time the Deep State literally runs everything and you can't just snap your fingers, get rid of them, and expect everything will be okay.
As an analogy, think about being on an airplane full of people where you find out the pilot raped and murdered your spouse and children, the co-pilot helped, and the flight attendants knew about it and did nothing because they were busy robbing and burning down houses in your neighborhood. Is it a good idea to take your boxcutter and go around bringing justice to the guilty?
Even if you're a dangerously unstable person willing to risk the lives of everyone aboard and thought you'd take the chance of finding someone else to fly the plane, what's the pilot going to do while you're working your way forward taking out stewardesses? Dump all the fuel, of course. He's got nothing to lose at this point, and maybe he can even talk you into letting him glide the plane to a crash landing. He's a psychopath, after all.
Yeah, it was just an analogy I thought most would be able to relate to on a more visceral level.
Interestingly, I saw a video a few years ago on the YT channel of a commercial pilot. People had written in asking if an ordinary person could actually be "talked down by the tower" as in a movie. He had a really, really elaborate home flight simulator setup to be able to try it out.
The answer was yes, but that was not the surprising part. IIRC, the young lady subject never actually touched the control stick. Everything was a matter of modes and settings and dials and switches, like the most elaborate climate control ever in a car. The plane pretty much just landed itself given the proper settings.
That was the first time I'd seen it in action like that, but the subject had come up a few years before that. People doubted that the 911 planes could have been flown remotely. Some pilot said that by that time, planes had long been able to take off, fly to the destination, land, and even taxi to the terminal all on autopilot. The only reason they kept pilots is because passengers would freak out and refuse to fly if the cockpit was empty as they walked in.
Good excuse, but this has dragged on too long , at some point you whisper it in peoples ears and get some bad asses to covertly execute the pilot and accomplices after you've landed (Enough time has passed to safely say the plane has landed.. and just to really make your point you execute the family and associates of the pilot in front of them as retribution)
