he had a patent on reclamation of waste sludge from the electrolysis process being powered by the combustion engine and sending that waste sludge back to the combustion engine side. it's like a small efficiency gain, but overall the process has been around forever and sort of like the meme of plugging a power surge cord back into itself.
I designed a resonant DC volatge booster that turned out to be an awesome DC water pump power booster .. Smaller solar panel and more power output .. but very unstable output .. great for irrigation pumps .. I could not believe my results on this thing.. Unfortunately there is never any kind of backing or support to further develop the idea in my neck of the woods and it got shelved.. But IF I had to could rebuild it..
LOL! Bring back memories .. I had this self appointed electrical engineer family member of mine that got into producing hydrogen gas years ago and kept toasting his Wal Mart volt meters using the DC current selection (that can only handle 10 amps).. And they could not grasp Current * volts = watts concept (ohms law) .. I kept trying to explain this to them about H2 production and how you're not making more energy out of this.. they could not grasp ,They ended up borrowing a good meter of mine that cost about 200 bucks (had a digital mini oscilloscope function) they burned that up too.. I hear ya on the H2 gas thing..
