Nothing like that happened elsewhere (dropping dead immediately), so that was all acting.
They even caught a lot of the 'dead' and 'sick' in the West was acting and fake (they messed up on videos).
But, if you believe the spike protein to be real, there are serious issues around that.

Nah it does. Had twin uncle's who live together and even car pool to the same area for work. Both short and fit considering their age. One got stuck in bed for a week and lost like 10 pounds while the other got the sniffles. The lie is how widespread the real shit was. 90% of folks just had a flu/cold. They're also truthers so they weren't sucking down the propaganda and mind over mattering themselves into bed rest.
So you got a coronavirus you have never been exposed to and had a symptom of no taste that people in the past who have been affected by the flu have also exhibited. Ive possibly had 1 flu in life that I can remember, two upper respitory infections, 1 pneumonia. Im 38 sure to have something in the future, and no clue as to how many coronavirus’s I have been exposed to. It is also possible that i will develop no taste which i could care less about.

I'm totally on your side -- but it's a tough sell to normies. The book was fantastic, though. Duesberg's Inventing AIDS was fantastic, too.
