No ability to block URL, only user names.
OK. I tell a lie, there is a function to block URL, but it is a specific code language that I don't know, and it has changed enough times since the instigation of this website that I just don't care to keep up. I block and ban obvious spam on an individual basis daily, and that's it.
it's YAML and there are no instructions how use it (last time I looked). It's just a box that says "YAML goes here" - i did find somecode that looked like it would do something but I don't think it ever worked:
With YAML you normally have a section header that separates out the various parts which then would be assigned much like you have.
So one of those or a missing one will likely be leftmost and the rest will be indented under it some where. The u/c guy seems to know how the site is built
