I for one agree with his statements. Ita incredible to me how many businesses are so driven to profit they destroy it along the way.
Or entire 'support' systems designed to anything but support....it's truly awe inspiring in the dreadful way.
There's a spectrum, and all of us who have human interaction are on it somewhere.
