All slaves from africa to USA were banned. NONE out of 36,110 voyages in https://www.slavevoyages.org/voyage/database are to USA from Africa.

Ships that even LOOKED like they might be used as slave ships could be sunk or captured under USA federal law from 1807, even if near a coast of USA , and US Navy had permission to board or attack Jew ships after 1807.
