It’s obvious why the government hasn’t released any names but I’m wondering why these girls don’t step up and name names?
Obviously that seems like a dangerous thing to do but I just assumed one might risk it to out those involved

They have, but they have been denied to speak out. Some are most assuredly dead already.
Your question is clearly answered if you knew more about the girls, which I welcome you to research.
