The cases are higher because of systemic racism.

Covid disproportionately affects BIPOC. Germany is more diverse than ethnically challenged Sweden. So do to Germany having more people that are disaffected by covid, then the rates are higher. Also Sweden's socialist medical care allows people to get the care they need sooner.
