The kid rolled his window up because it eliminates probable cause because the cop can say in a court of law 'I thought I saw drugs in plain view' This is taught on how to exercise your rights youtube videos BY COPS HOSTING THE VIDEO.. The cop is on a power trip hungry to ruin someone's life from what I can see.

yeah the cop being scared does not leave our rights in the trash. how about if you are scared to go to work quit your job. its pretty simple in common sense thinking but then they dont get to shoot anyone or violate peoples rights because they had a bad day.
