The DoD, through DARPA commissioned the Stanford Reseach Institute to create what became the ARPAnet, the internet.
Yeah, they are everywhere on the net. EVERYWHERE.
Why would the military create troll farms, then not use them?
Of course they use them.
I served 12 years in the USAF.
The DoD does not create, plan, exercise, train for objectives they don't plan on implementing.
Not narcissistic or paranoid to know and understand this fact.
