I like to look at the Mandela effect as a byproduct of compression in our simulation.
If there's a number of simulations within simulations approaching infinity, and there are very small differences in the past which converge to similar futures, one could compress the two simulations to save resources and just deal with the artifacts of the past.
personally, i think 99% of the Mandela effect is fake news, there are other explanations that explain these things. However, it is a door into a greater understanding and i think the Multiple Matrix is quite possible and most of its effects go unnoticed or are covered up too well.
