Aren't there Ukrainian oil pipelines? Perhaps this is another last minute frisk from all sides. Sell green on one side, use LNG to transition from their old stock, but then cut the LNG and revitalise the oil, then 'secure' the LNG with a contract with their people?
Then watch them claim extra carbon credits because of the emergency .... Profit 3x
It's natural gas which is not oil.
LNG is very efficient and they are using it to transition off oil and coal.
People say O&G because the industry called itself that because they were selling oil and natural gas.
But they are not the same thing.
