You continue to think sea level is water level....and that sea level is curve level......yet ignore that fact that the oceans are very deep, nd that the surface is bumpy and has mountains all over it.....guess what....you can have a flat part....because the gravity is not constant either in the globe model......how does your density model handle that fluctuation over the surface?

The world is not some magical sphere.....it's a bumpy globe according to the model...and thuse your perfect curve based on a sphere is meaningless unless you shaved the earth to the shape of a perfect sphere......
