Using media control and censorship is mandatory for pulling off election fraud of any scale.
But there is a distinction. Preventing someone from accessing information that would lead to them voting differently isn't as bad (Arguably) as someone directly stealing their votes or inserting fake votes to invalidate their vote.
However, when elections have rules regarding contributions such as the US, doing this kind of thing is worth a hundred billion or more to a campaign. It has clearly interfered and cheated in the election on a scale that goes beyond what a normal person wanting a free and fair election can understand.
As grimy as i think this and facefuck are, this isn't rigging the election, but instead rigging PERCEPTION. Theres a stark difference
