It’s fuzzy but looks like “fluoro” something to me. Would make sense, looks like a Healthineers fluoro c-arm table?

BTW, looks like image no longer loading as street view now. WTH.

They saw your post.

But if it was one of those streetview hot spots, many of those don't work for whatever reason. Maybe the uploader can disable them, but the dot remains on the map?
