Junk. If precious metals take off, silver is most likely to be used for everyday transactions. Roosevelt and Liberty dimes aren't a bad place to start. You'll have to figure out for yourself what your stack threshold will be to start getting larger denominations and bars.
At some point, it probably makes sense to start stacking gold, but not something i'm familiar with.
Junk is running 21-24x face right now. The premiums on silver are way too high unless you like throwing away money. On junk, if you have to buy silver, get quarters. They have the same basic appearance so people are more likely to accept them than say a merc dime or walking liberty.
