No, the Earth is not flat, and that is easily provable.
If you expose a camera lens overnight towards Polaris you'll see concentric rings form form the path of stars at night.
Do the same in the southern hemisphere towards the stars in the southern hemisphere and you will see the same phenomena.
It works in both hemispheres because the earth is a sphere. If the earth were flat then it would only work in one hemisphere.
Hemisphere means half a sphere. Bowl shaped flat plane-ette.
