A couple of anecdotes. EVERY Indian manager I've ever worked for was dishonest and incompetent; in each of three cases the exec brought down the company or the division. 1) electric utility industry company; manager fraud on a $6 mill contract wiped out the division; and he used imported slave labor programmers; 2) telecom; highly dishonest Indian exec destroyed the company, went on to be VP elsewhere, destroyed that company; finally he had to leave Silicon Valley as he was blackballed all over; now he does real estate in India, lolz; 3) an Indian VP at Micron over me destroyed the division through his lies and theft of IP; he tried to make me the scapegoat for his IP theft; company liquidated the division and took a big hit financially. I have even more cases, my point here is the culture they bring with them is barbaric.
And I worked for a Chinese company; they stole IP from Texas Instruments; they bought a mid-scale motel in the Valley, bugged the rooms, housed visiting customer execs there.
Foreign cultures can be toxic in business.
I've worked with numerous Indian engineers and without fail, they were essentially incompetent grifters. Their "universities" in India are diploma mills, teaching them enough buzzwords to get an American H1B visa job.
You missed one very important part of your plan: You have to be a Jew or relative of some decently ranked politician or state bureaucrat or, according to current narratives be some kind of woke sexual pervert, PoC or something similar. Otherwise you will have to sell everything you own (or worse) when your investors eventually find out that their money are gone forever. If you are not from beforementioned groups, with high probability you will be selected as a perfect scrapegoat.
To do that these days you have to speak Hindi.
