I didn't see his name mentioned in the infographic, but this information on the Kursk originally comes from Dimitri Khalezov, the gray-haired man pictured in the upper left.
I consider his very long and detailed interview on nuclear 9/11 required viewing for any researcher of that topic (one of the pictures is a screencap from that interview). And it's quite little known, but he has also written a long analysis explaining in detail how Chernobyl was not an accident, but sabotage by a tactical nuke placed under the reactor (by the CIA, obvs).
Very unexpectedly, Khalezov is two degrees of separation from a current affair: Brittney Griner. In the proposed prisoner swap with the Russians, the Americans are supposed to trade the arms dealer, Viktor Bout, who happens to be a personal friend of Khalezov. In fact, Khalezov was in Thailand when Bout was picked up on orders of the Americans and tried to get him released without success.
Very small world, sometimes.
Fake news/disinformation.
Look up Christopher Bollyn if you want the truth
I don't agree with all the conclusions, but the initial part about the Kursk having its' missiles removed is pretty interesting. As well as the part regarding Shanksville.
