US foreign policy shifted from M.A.D. to Nuclear Primacy.

The attitude with DC is that they are willing to allow the US to suffer a certain level of nuclear destruction to come out on top of a nuclear conflict with Russia, China, or both.

The goal of the western elites is a dismantling of both Russia and China to ensure a US domination of the world.

This is a suicide pact!
