Had anybody els noticed changes in behaviour, mental breakdowns, paranoia, delusions, in those who have had the vaccine?

I know a woman who is one of the kindest people I have met. I've never heard if her being upset. Since she had the v she has gotten cancer and now she is having paranoid delusions.

First I'd want to know what "cancer" is and why our best (also ONLY and ultra expensive) defense is 50/50.
