1. The basic groundwork is that we are all equally God's children and have the Right to work together as a team to run this Country without the Oligarchs who think they are superior to us. Oligarchs always end up serving themselves or selfish People eventually hijack there positions so even if you put good People in their position, they will either get corrupted from within, corrupted by some outside Mafia force or they will be replaced one day by a corrupt criminal. This is why Positions of power are so deadly. Also, all Power institutions (ie the Board Of Education) are built to serve a purpose but those who run it eventually end up serving themselves. For these and other reasons, it is time for Humanity to cross to the next level of Social Evolution and become self-Governing under Natural Law.

2. Natural Law is based on an intrinsic understand of Right and Wrong. Even criminals know Right from Wrong but they simply choose Wrong in hopes to get away with it. This Law is written upon the hearts of Humanity and the most common ones are don't kill, don't steal, don't rape and don't destroy with mal intent. Since everyone knows these laws, they don't need to be written but can be.

3. Written Law is a lesser form of the Law and is only meant to crystalize the intent of the Legal System which is to prevent serious violations of Natural Law.

4. Natural Law Police are needed to enforce Natural Law. They must be trained, drug free and have a clean record. Since they only enforce Natural Law, much less of them are needed since they won't be so busy. This would reduce operating costs. Also, they must be paid for by the People through some kind of anonymous, transparent crowdfunding. Each PD gets funded by the locals. They are motivated to fund it to keep crime down. They can also defund it if the Police go rogue. The People are the boss so they can go in there and check their books, prisoners, ect... at anytime. If they don't like what they see, they can raise awareness through Social Media and then the People decide which direction to take depending on the circumstances of the situation. Sometimes they defund. Sometimes they fire a certain officer, ect..

5. Natural Law Police cannot have leaders. They must all be equals and equally capable of enforcing Natural Law. They simply respond to calls from dispatch and solve problems the best way they can. The problem with leaders is that the Deep State ends up controlling 1 leader and thereby controlling the entire PD but without leaders, the Deep State cannot control the whole PD unless they gain every single member's loyalty at once which is almost impossible unless the PD only has a few members. Even then, the People can defund them and get rid of them and open a new PD if need be.

6. A Natural Law Officer determines if a person needs to be held in a jail or if he can be released for a Court Date. Natural Law Courts run the case and if the person is in jail, he would have to quickly be moved to Court so we don't harm his freedom by holding him in jail for too long. I'm talking days.

7. Natural Law Courts are mostly run by RANDOM 12 person juries. We have to decide how to form these Juries. Yes, the Juries can just walk into the Court and take a case. They can be selected randomly and called in. Somehow they have to be random and they cannot be friends or family with each other to avoid any kind of bias. Each Jury is formed and disbanded after the case. 1st, they will determine if a case is worth taking. For example, an officer might arrest a man for something silly like for being a beggar on the side of a street but the Jury can dismiss the case because there is no violation of Natural Law. If they take the case and the defense claims they are guilty, then the Jury simply determines, under a small selection of options, what to do with the person and the victim. For example, the victim can be reimbursed for the stolen goods with a Police escort to make sure it happens. The humiliation of the whole incident is a form of punishment btw. Each negative action naturally comes with negative consequences which act as a punishment of sorts. The Jury may determine that the perpetrator needs to be quarantined but instead of using jails, we can use European style outdoor jails which are much more humane. All they do is set aside an entire City where criminals live in homes. They are not restricted in any way. They can cook, hang out with other criminals, go golfing, ect... The sole purpose of their quarantine is because they pose a serious risk to society (ie a murderer). During their quarantine, they must be healed by professionals who will focus on redirecting their energy into more positive actions. For example, a serious thief needs to be trained on how to make money without stealing. Once the guilty person appears to be upgraded so they can use alternatives to crime in society, they can be let out. Each of these cases are different and must be handled in a custom way.

8. All Political problems can be handle by locals. For example, an Austin, Texas resident notices the Bridge needs fixing or else traffic will build up fast. This motivates him to go online to an Austin, TX forum where he mentions the problem. Another member recommends calling the Bridge Repair Company who then goes into the same forum and crowfunds $5000 to fix the bridge. The People are motivated to fund because they want less traffic. With Oligarchs, they use $500,000 worth of taxpayer dollars to fix a $5000 bridge problem and pocket the excess cash. All that waste is part of the reason why society stays so poor. All Political problems are solved like this. If any serious disagreements are made that halt the problem solving, then a formalized, recorded vote has to be made by the locals. Let's say some people want a blue bridge. Some want a red. This vote is broadcasted in media to alert the locals on a future date. The vote is then cast on paper and counted by the People twice on the spot by 2 or more crowds. In this case, the red and blue voting crowds can work. Again, each case must be approached independently since all cases are unique.

9. All economic trade should be Free Enterprise. Honesty is still required when making claims. Don't sell something that claims to cure cancer but doesn't because that is essentially theft through deception and a violation of Natural Law. Forget Patents and Copyrights. Those systems are used to control the release of technology and goods from spreading. Let it flow freely. People will still invent stuff and still make a lot of money out of it without patents. The spreading of tech and ideas helps society very much so it's best to keep it without this paperwork. It is easy to do as well.

10. Since there are no leaders, we will all be leaders and followers. If Joe is in the garage, he may know more than Mary so he naturally leads. Mary follows, not by force, but by choice. Mary might lead in the Kitchen so Joe naturally follows. Whoever has a good idea will be followed since People love good ideas that improve their own lives.

11. All taxes would end and be replace with crowdfunding to crowdfund projects like fixing potholes in the street.

12. The People are the Military. Many reports show that an armed Civilian population cannot be defeated by any Military and that is what we have. We don't have to invade anyone. We only need to defend our Country.

13. Schooling children should be done at home using online instruction videos, written reports of those videos and hands on training by parents or tutors. Tutors can run many children at once through some online meeting system like Zoom. Parents and their children decide what classes to pick. There is no centralized Board Of Education. Parents and kids simply choose what they deem to be important for themselves.

14. Centralized Power (Fascism) is replaced with Decentralized Power which is Power spread among all People. Yes we have to Cooperate but that is easy to do if the system is simple and straightforward as it should be.

15. Money will have to go through many evolutionairy changes as we go but for now, the best way is to dump fiat and use precious metal trade (gold/silver/copper) mixed with barter of goods and services. This will expand the economy since People will have more "money" to spend.

16. The Medical Community needs to go the organic route asap and treat People with organic cures including futuristic cures such as Sound Healing.

17. The Town Hall is Social Media even this very moment. We come onto Social Media and discuss Politics all the time and should continue to do so.

18. We must take over all food production to grow organic foods and trade them. We will get faster as we learn how to be Master Gardeners.

19. The People need to create a set of guidelines. The 10 Commandments were guidelines the People used to live back in the day. These guidelines should be 7-20 points long and should definitely include practicing Brotherly Love because Love makes the World Go Round as they say. It really leads to a successful planet when practiced en masse. Even a small family who practices it grows in power because Love leads to Unity and Unity is Power to self nurture. This attitude has to be aimed at all of Life even outside the family and even other lifeforms like animals and plants. Other guidelines can be stuff on the important of optimism and faith, cleanliness, ect.. These aren't laws but guidelines to think about. The guidelines would be broadcasted through teachers and media.

20. The People would essentially use this basic model and build upon it as we go even now. We would keep improving the World until it becomes a wealthy planet for all. It's easy to do actually. The only reason it hasn't happened lately is because those in charge aim to destroy, not build.

The first step is to ignore the old Government which is a sinking ship and move forward with the new. Their employees are abandoning them en masse so any day now they will collapse and we can take over using this model plus anything else anyone may add to it that sounds good. Remember, good ideas are adopted voluntarily. Force is the old way. The new way must be the way of Freedom and Choice.
