Ockham's Razor only applies to the invention of new entities to explain something; it does allow you to discard existing known entities. These include:
varying levels of loyalty to the world order or its plans
tactics like "controlled opposition" or "plan B"
intermediary goals like demoralization or destabilization
A good conspiracy theory must fit existing data and be psychologically realistic. It is actually harder for me to imagine that the cabal did NOT anticipate or prepare for a 2nd Trump landslide. The media puppets and leftards may have been clueless, sure, but conspirators who fancy themselves gods must at least feel like they know what they are doing.
