Not really a Conspiracy, but it's more of an observation. I have come to notice that things have a tendency to disperse within a range of influence.
If something can spill it will spill within a range within some point of time.
If animal can get out, it will get out eventually to a range of distance within time.
Trash thrown at a garbage can will inevitably end up outside of it.
Plants will drop leaves within a range and over time.
Secrets will leak out slowly given time and around a range of people.
Everything is dispersion of probability around a point and the dispersion can be mitigated but not stopped. There is a tendency for things to follow the entropy.
This fact is observable on everything and with every greater action still. It doesn't just get limited to physical phenomena but to human actions, luck, flukes, perspectives, etc.
Things which need to happen statistically so if they are restrained somewhere....nature will force them elsewhere.
I think that some people with extreme power understand this principle and they exploit it. They spread misery around the world to ensure their own continued bubble of protection is balanced out.....
Living within the process of dying represents temporary within ongoing. The ongoing will always outlast the temporary.
As for dispersion (scattering; division; differentiation)...that represents the inception of the temporary (living) within the ongoing (dying).
This system represents enacting balance for each reacting choice within. The few use suggestion to tempt the many to ignore perceivable balance (need/want) for suggested imbalance (want vs not want). The few aren't spreading chaos; they distract the many from being chaos (living) within the natural order (dying); hence distracting from the struggle of the living to resist the temptation of dying.
EXTREME (outermost) represents the power of velocity (dying); while innermost represents the power of resistance (living). The power of the few represents the ignored resistance of the many who consent to their suggestions.
If I suggest you anything and you consent to want or not want it a) I gain the power to define; redefine and contradict the suggested over you and b) you will put yourself into the conflict of reason (want vs not want) against others...not against me. My suggestion (abortion) controls both sides of reasoning over it (pro-life vs pro-choice).
